My happy day was finding The Happy Colon, after a lifetime of constipation, colonoscopies, hemorrhoids, enemas (sometimes about 15 or more weekly), special testing, and finally being told my colon might have to be removed. I was also drinking all kinds of fiber beverages, which were causing all kinds of gas and irregular bowel movements. I decided 'enough is enough,' and made my appointment for a colonic. After about 5 or 6 treatments, I was able to have normal bowel movements on my own and sometimes after meals, which is a miracle to me.
